Thank you so much for supporting Flame & Meadow. Every piece is handmade with care, and these policies help keep my small shop running smoothly so I can continue creating items you love.
Processing Time
• Each item is made by hand. My current processing time is ___ business days.
• Special designs may take a little longer, but I’ll always keep you updated along the way.
Shipping
• Once your order is handed to the mail carrier, shipping times are out of my control.
• If tracking shows delivered but you can’t find your package, please check with your local post office or neighbors.
• I’m not able to replace or refund orders marked delivered, but I’m always happy to help guide you through the next steps.
Lost or Damaged Packages
• If your package is lost in transit (not marked delivered), please message me—I will help file a claim.
• If anything arrives damaged, send a photo within 48 hours so I can help make it right.
Returns & Exchanges
• Because items are handmade, I’m not able to accept returns or exchanges.
• If something isn’t right with your order, please reach out within 48 hours and I will do everything I can to help.
Cancellations
• Cancellations are accepted within 2 hours of placing an order unless work has already begun.
Custom Orders
• Custom orders are always welcome at Flame & Meadow! I truly love creating pieces that match your vision.
• If your custom design requires a mockup or approval, please review it carefully before I begin.
• Once a custom order is approved and production has started, changes can’t be made—thank you for understanding.
Colors & Variations
• Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting.
• Small variations are normal with handmade items and add to their uniqueness.
Safety Note
• Many items include small parts and should be kept away from young children to avoid choking hazards.
