Q: Why does it look like I’m being charged shipping when there’s supposed to be free shipping with the promotion?

A: When a promotion includes both a percentage discount and free shipping, Big Cartel combines them into one discount total. Shipping may appear at checkout first, but it is included in the discount and not charged separately. Big Cartel does not allow discounts to be stacked or shown separately.
